The Constitution of the Association of the Development Financing Institutions in the Pacific was confirmed and signed by 8 Development Banks in Papeete, Tahiti on 25th June 1986, namely:
• Agriculture Bank of Papua New Guinea (currently known as the National Development Bank of Papua New Guinea)
• Cook Islands Development Bank (currently known as the Bank of the Cook Islands)
• Development Bank of Solomon Islands
• Development Bank of Western Samoa (currently known as the Development Bank of Samoa)
• Tonga Development Bank
• Societe De Credit Et de Development De L’Oceanie (SOCREDO)
• Societe Immobiliere Et De Credit De La Nouvelle Caledonie (S.I.N.C.)
• Fiji Development Bank
